Mr. Nipun Khurana, is the founder Partner of the firm. He has been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for over 25 years. He is a Certified Information System Auditor (ISACA, USA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Colorado, USA. He has been associated as Consultant Finance with The World Bank for their Water & Sanitation Programme (South Asia) from 1999 to 2002. He was engaged by GTZ Germany from 2005 to 2007 to co-ordinate the ‘EU-India Trade & Investment Development Program’ which was funded by the European Commission and the beneficiary was Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India

Mr. Nitin Chawla (Partner), is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has been associated with us for the past twenty one years. He is responsible for the firm’s Audit and Assurance activities (including Internal Audit), Income Tax Matters of Corporate Clients and Representations before Income Tax Authorities.

Ms. Julie Jacob (Partner), a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a MBA (FMS, Delhi University). She has been associated with us for the past thirteen years. She is responsible for Internal Audits and Accounts Outsourcing for Indian and US clients. She has been associated with NASDAQ listed companies for SOX Compliance of their Indian Subsidiaries

Mr. Sumer Khresiya, a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has been associated with us as a qualified professional for more than 5 years. A senior member of our Indian Audit and Assurance team, he is our leading knowledge resource for multidisciplinary information and industry-specific expertise in accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services. With straightforward approach to profession, he has always been concerned about the quality of services and expectations of his clients and their aspirations.

Ms. Renu Khresiya, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), she has been associated with us since 2005. A senior member of our Accounts Outsourcing Team for Indian & US clients, her accounting experience has included taxation, audit, accounting, payroll, and consulting, with experience in a variety of industries such as IT, Manufacturing, Logistics. Having an exceptional ability to bring out a range of alternative solutions on the table in any given situation, she has to her credit successful closures of many difficult tasks in a time-bound manner.

Mr. Pawan Bhatt earned his Master’s Degree in Finance from Symbiosis College, Pune and has been associated with us since 2002. One of our senior most members, he is an integral part of our Indian Audit and Assurance, Taxation & Accounting Team. A man with clear vision and deep understanding of the subject and respected for his down-to-earth approach to the issues at hand among his professional colleagues. His Innovative, practice-proven strategies are known for improving performance in management, business processes, finance, operations.
